I think Cool Cat Casino is a scam. My problem was a shady bonus policy and horrible Customer Service and now I am finding out that I'm not the only one that has these issues.

Here's what happened. After I signed up, I won $650 from my no deposit bonus. I followed the Terms and Conditions and made sure that all my I's were dotted and all my T's crossed. I completed the wagering requirements and proceeded to withdraw via Click2Pay. I waited but received no follow up from the casino and the withdrawal wasn't credited to my account. So, I sent an email to Customer Support. Their response came 1 day later saying thatClick2Pay withdrawals take up to 2 business days after the withdrawal is approved, to be credited to my Click2Pay account. Ok, that was my fault. I didn't read the website and the withdrawal info is posted there.

I waited patiently for the 2 business days to pass but nothing happened. The next day was a Saturday and I was pretty sure they weren't going to process my withdrawal on the weekend. So, I waited for Monday to come. Still nothing happened. On Tuesday, which would have been the 4th business day, I contacted Live Help to get an answer right away but instead got snubbed by their rude agent, Chris. He said that I could not withdraw the money because it was a bonus. Then he went on and on about the fact that the rules on this bonus are final. He even used the words "set in stone" and put them in CAPS and bold print with an exclamation point. I told him that I had read online that they have a bad reputation for misleading bonuses and that I was not pleased. Needless to say, he was not pleased at all and proceeded to remove the winnngs from my account so I could no longer use them to play! And basically told me not to let the door hit my ass on the way out!

Chris gave new meaning to the word RUDE and was not at all like the person who would speak to you when you're making a deposit! There are some things that I can overlook, like the misleading bonus issue, but poor Customer Service is a definite NO! I don't need to spend my money to get snubbed by staff. Cool Cat will not be getting my money any time soon - that's a guarantee!
